Payment

Please make sure to pay your invoice by your payment due date. Your due date is listed in your registration email and on your invoice in your AC account.

You can send a check to the below address or pay by CC through your invoice. If your division fills, payment is required to keep your spot. If payment is not received by the due date, your team will be moved to the waitlist. To be placed back into the tournament payment must be received in full (if spots are still remaining).

Tickets

Each player’s family will need to purchase a family gate pass to ensure their player is officially added to the team roster and ready for tournament play. Purchasing early saves you money! Passes are $20 if purchased by Dec 31, $25 from Jan 1–Feb 28, and $30 after Mar 1. This helps us keep events organized while giving families the convenience of taking care of gate fees in advance.

Tournament Roster

All teams must submit an official tournament roster prior to the first game of the tournament. Coaches can access the Roster/Waiver links to send to the parents in your team account. If you have not already started entering your roster please log in and do so at your earliest convenience. You can manage your roster by logging in at www.playacevents.com/login.

Certificate of Insurance

All coaches must submit their team’s Certificate of Insurance by uploading a copy of it into their team account. You can manage your team documents by logging in at www.playacevents.com/login. Please make sure to have the below listed as additionally insured on your COI before submitting.

Hotel Accommodations

Your team is classified as a Stay to Play team, please adhere to the processes listed below!

Teams need to book rooms 1 day before {event_start_date} since games will start at 8 AM and check-out on {event_end_date}.
The schedule will be release 1-2 weeks ahead of the {event_name}, this will allow you plenty of time to cancel off the first night if need be!
It will be next to impossible to add a night after the schedule comes out and all of our discounted rooms will have been released back to the hotel.
All teams need to be prepared to start as early as 8 AM on {event_start_date}.
